Value-Added Distributor Agreement Improves Security for Transportation, Banking, Government and Entertainment Customers in Region

Vieena, Virginia - 22 January, 2008 - Cloakware Inc., the security solutions provider that makes security inseparable from software, today announced that it has partnered with MobileTech Limited, a leading Chinese Value-Added Distributor (VAD) specializing in security, to provide Cloakware’s Server Password Manager (CSPM), the industry’s first commercial Shared Account Password Management (SAPM) tool. CSPM allows enterprises to bolster the protection of critical data, complete identity management and compliance programs while it scales to meet the needs of even the largest companies in the most regulated markets.

This partnership represents Cloakware’s entrance into the Greater China region. MobileTech is a Value-Added Distributor which customizes professional services along with security technologies such as CSPM for customers in government as well as the transportation, banking and entertainment industries. MobileTech will install CSPM for their customers and offer their own first line of service for the product. CSPM is in use at some of the world’s largest and most technologically advanced companies.
